Train the Trainer
With the purchase of a Slip Simulator™ the standard package includes a train-the-trainer class. INBIODYN’S Master Trainer will come to your location and certify up to 8 of your staff as trainers, they will then be able to train your employees on the Slip Simulator™.
Slip Simulator™ Training Agenda
- 7:00 am to 7:45 am – Master Trainer will inspect equipment and prepare classroom for training
- 8:00 am to 10:00 am - Classroom Presentation – introductory training for the attendees nominated for certification. Full overview of the Slip Simulator™ and training responsibilities
- 10:00 am to 10:15 am – Break
- 10:15am to 12:00 pm - Attendees nominated for certification will begin to train each other on the Slip Simulator™ under the supervision of the Master Trainer
- 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm - Lunch Break
- 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm - Attendees nominated for certification will begin to train company employees on the Slip Simulator™. Please assign a group of 10 – 15 of your employees to be part of this training class
- 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm – Review and discussion session
- 3:00 pm to 4:30pm - Attendees nominated for certification will again train company employees on the Slip Simulator™. Please assign a new group of 10 – 15 of your employees to be part of this training class
- 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm – Course completion and official notice that attendees nominated for certification are now certified Slip Simulator™ trainers
